Daikin UK is preparing to showcase its very latest technological innovations, renewable energy solutions and environmentally low impact products at Ecobuild on 2-4 March 2010 in Earls Court, London.

Now the world’s biggest event for sustainable design, construction and the built environment, Ecobuild attracted almost 35,000 visitors in 2009 and Daikin UK will be welcoming visitors to Stand 1444, which can be found next to the Cityscape installation.

Providing a particularly relevant theme for today’s challenging economic and environmental climate, we will be focusing on our renewable energy solution for domestic heating and hot water, the Daikin Altherma system, which is proven to achieve up to five times the efficiency of traditional boiler systems and up to a 50% reduction in CO2 emissions, thus reducing domestic heating costs and helping to alleviate fuel poverty.

We will also be showcasing our highly innovative and energy efficient, heat recovery solution for small to large-sized offices, hotels and other commercial facilities. The VRV®III Heat Recovery system provides a total building solution for space heating and cooling, hot water, ventilation and door entry air curtains, achieving up to 20% greater efficiency than previous models.

More than 850 exhibitors at Ecobuild represent the complete spectrum of sustainable construction products, for both new build and refurbishment projects in the residential and commercial sectors. Ecobuild also connects formal learning with practical experience, offering more than 100 free conference and seminar sessions and dozens of interactive educational attractions.
